Taťjana Jalovčuk - instructor
For many years I worked as an office worker, sometimes I felt my back was stiff and my body was slow. I needed to do something so I started practicing Pilates as a client. After each lesson, I always felt relief and a warm feeling all over my body, and an influx of energy to give away.
The years passed and my passion for Pilates grew, and I started training and learning full time, eventually owning my own studio.
Now I'm a qualified Pilates instructor.
About Studio
Studio Pilates Linie is located at the address V Tůních 1768/14, Praha 2. Individual and group lessons on machines and mats are held there.
One room in the studio is fully equipped with original Canadian STOTT PILATES machines. Exercise on these machines can be in individual or group lessons(maximum 3 people).
Pilates machines are definitely not for hard pumping exercise. Quite the opposite. With gentle exercise, you will get to know the real possibilities and limits of your body - in a fun and safe way. You will learn how to move lightly and efficiently, how to connect your whole body into one functional unit and enjoy the movement, not only during exercise but also after.
Courses
I teach Pilates lessons in small groups with a maximum of 2 on mats and a maximum of 4 on machines. This enables me to give you personal attention for the correct exercise technique.
Courses of lessons are also available.
Each lesson lasts 55 minutes.
Lockers are available in the changing room.
