Sedentary work overloads the muscles, joints and spine of your body. Not only does long-term sitting have a negative effect on a person's entire support and muscular system, but it can also lead to unwanted weight gain. To avoid these unpleasant consequences of working behind a computer monitor, it is advisable to find a few minutes during the day to stretch your beloved body and relieve your muscles and joints.


What is on-the-job training?

On-the-job training is a service where, by prior arrangement, I will come to your place of work at a given hour and day according to an agreed schedule during the lunch break or between business meetings.

What can Exercise at Work contain?

  • Exercises at work can be conceived in any way by agreement.
  • Regular exercises with a trained instructor directly at your workplace (weekly, 1x 14 days, monthly ..).
  • You don't even have to change.
  • You will feel the effects of exercise immediately.
  • In time, you will be able to stretch yourself straight on your chair.
  • You don't need a gym, just a meeting room.
  • The recommended number of trainers in a group per lesson is 10 - 15 people.
  • Lesson time according to the organizational needs of the company 20, 30, 45 min.
  • I will tailor everything to the requirements of your company.
  • I will also advise you on how to adapt your workplace so that the session is as gentle as possible for the body.
